Flow Pembelian & Aktivasi Microsoft ESD :
1. User menuliskan alamat email saat akan melakukan pembayaran dan melampirkan alamat email pada kolom “Catatan untuk penjual”.
2. User melakukan pembayaran melalui pilihan yang tersedia.
3. User akan menerima email dari pihak Microsoft Official Store yang berisikan nomor token dan link.
4. Masuk ke link website yang tercantum dan redeem Product key produk Microsoft yang sudah Anda beli dengan memasukkan nomor token yang sudah dikirimkan lewat email.
5. Setelah mendapatkan product key, masuk ke website www.office.com/setup, Sign In jika sudah memiliki account, Sign Up untuk membuat account baru.
6. Input Product Key untuk dilekatkan pada Microsoft account tersebut.
7. Setelah selesai proses Redeem Key & melakukan Sign In pilih opsi “Install Office”.
8. Proses download & Instalasi.
9. Setelah proses instalasi selesai jalankan satu aplikasi office (Word/Excel), Sign In dengan Microsoft Account yang dipakai/dibuat pada langkah sebelumnya.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
